The Marchive: ART ISN'T EASY

Nothing jump starts my artistic engine better than visual art. I could set my watch by it: 40 minutes in a museum and I have to sit down and make notes for all the ideas pinballing in my brain. Another parallel obsession: images of people from behind or in profile. I find them peaceful. Their body language is unguarded, without the pretense of the manufactured personalities we create full frontal. I revel in the mystery: who are they? what are they thinking? how do they feel?
